About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at The Cocktail Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the North West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the on-trade sector, including bars, pubs, and restaurants.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including new account acquisition and sales growth within existing accounts.
  • Provide regular product training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully aware of our product range and benefits.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.
  • Represent The Cocktail Co. professionally and approachably in the market, building our brand reputation and credibility.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the drinks industry, with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Full clean UK driving license, with access to a vehicle.
  • Established network of contacts within the drinks industry.
