Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new business opportunities in the on-trade sector, including bars, pubs, and restaurants.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including new account acquisition and sales growth within existing accounts.
- Provide regular product training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully aware of our product range and benefits.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Represent The Cocktail Co. professionally and approachably in the market, building our brand reputation and credibility.
- Proven sales experience in the drinks industry, with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Full clean UK driving license, with access to a vehicle.
- Established network of contacts within the drinks industry.
