Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales inbox, handling incoming and outgoing communications.
- Resource new leads from various channels and assist the BD team in delivering quotations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of quotations and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Action website enquiries and liaise with the Business Development team to ensure seamless communication.
