Business Development Administrator

Our client, a leading supplier of fencing solutions, is seeking a highly organized and driven Business Development Administrator to support their Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales inbox, handling incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Resource new leads from various channels and assist the BD team in delivering quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of quotations and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Action website enquiries and liaise with the Business Development team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain a Customer Care programme, sharing feedback within the team and operations.
  • Ensure regular updates on the LinkedIn page and posts are added.
  • Produce and share regular Case Studies with potential and existing clients.
  • Implement and maintain a shared working calendar.
