Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Support the kitchen and porter teams in all operational procedures.
- Report directly to the Back of House Manager.
- Train, develop, and inspire your team of Kitchen Porters to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and Manual Handling.
