The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our team at Brown's Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and occupational health and safety in all back of house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in all back of house areas
  • Work closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of porters to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
