The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our team at Brown's Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and occupational health and safety in all back of house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a dedicated team of porters to ensure exceptional service standards are met
  • Work closely with the Back of House Manager to maintain immaculate conditions in all back of house areas
  • Display exceptional attention to detail and draw on your experience in a similar role at a four- or five-star hotel
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
