Head of Acquisition

Craft Gin Club is seeking an experienced Head of Acquisition to join our passionate and talented marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies to attract high-quality, new-to-brand members across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize digital and offline performance channels to achieve maximum ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of acquisition specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our acquisition strategies remain effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline performance channels
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
