Head of Talent Acquisition Opportunity

CFO Insights, a leading CFO forum in Northern Europe, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key player in building our brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing our recruitment strategy, attracting top talent, and driving business growth.

About Us

CFO Insights is part of United Media, a company that focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products. We aim to connect and develop CFOs, finance leaders, and innovators by addressing the issues of the future CFO.

What We Offer

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to work on a unique and challenging project, building the greatest brand within Insurtech. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing our recruitment strategy, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and assessment planning.
  2. Building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent, both obvious and covert.
  3. Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management.

  1. Work experience with outstanding performance.
  2. A UK work permit.

  4. A natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
Start Date

Flexible, Monday to Friday, with the option to work from our office near Victoria Station.
