Job Title: Head of Lending Finance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and financial performance improvement.
  • Design and implement processes and automation to achieve these efficiencies.
  • Ensure sound financial control and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide thought leadership and inspire confidence in our business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Extensive lending knowledge within the banking industry.
  • Strong track record in proactive partnering and influencing strategic direction.
  • Relationship management and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and supervising.
  • Business knowledge, including market landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial and management accounting knowledge.
  • Risk understanding and mitigation skills.
