Job Summary

Eximius Finance is seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for building and iterating credit risk strategies for our small business lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure the sustainability of our lending portfolio.
  • Oversee the development of credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of credit risk models, scoring systems, and underwriting criteria.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of credit data and market trends to identify areas of risk and opportunity.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in credit risk management roles within the fintech or banking industry, focusing on the consumer or SME lending sector.
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis, algorithm development, and state-of-the-art data science tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
