Which team will you be on?

Our Global Markets team, which includes Securities Lending, helps our clients achieve their investment goals and strives to deliver consistent, long-term investment performance. We are seeking a Business Manager to join Securities Lending, a business which handles approximately $400 billion in loans and provides superior performance through innovative technology, sophisticated quantitative techniques, and product innovation. The successful candidate will work with the Securities Lending leadership team, in addition to the Strategy, Client, Product and Platform team, and key partners which include Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

The Business Management team within Securities Lending is responsible for ensuring the business operates at its full potential by strategically growing talent, efficiently overseeing risks, leading our budget, and ensuring strong governance.

  • Strong attention to detail, and effective organizational and time management skills.

Our hybrid work model

Our hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
