Exciting New Role in Trade Finance and Lending Legal Team

Eximius Law is seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance and Lending Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team in London. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support and guidance on trade finance and lending matters, working closely with our Head of Legal and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on new trade finance and lending products and initiatives
  • Structure and draft legal documentation for trade finance and lending transactions
  • Provide transactional support and guidance on legal and product issues
  • Collaborate with product specialist lawyers, regional and country Heads of Legal in Europe
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years post-qualified experience in general/bilateral lending and trade finance transactions
  • Business acumen and knowledge of relevant regulatory framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
