Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Avante Care and Support. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
