About the Role

Our Acute Mental Health service provides 24-hour care to consumers in a 64-bed adult inpatient unit. We strive to provide excellent care in the least restrictive manner, focusing on integrated multidisciplinary teams. As a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to this goal by working collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care to our consumers.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with mental health scope who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging health environment, contributing to the well-being of our consumers. As part of our team, you will be valued for your honesty, respect, and integrity.

  • Full-time and part-time positions available;
  • Rotating roster of 4 days on, 2 days off for full-time;
  • Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope;
  • Previous mental health experience is preferred;
  • Nurses with mental health scope who do not have previous mental health experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis;
  • Strong focus on relationship-building;
