Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care activities.
- Lead and guide your care team to deliver exceptional care.
- Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, and manage specific health needs.
- Administer medications safely and in accordance with MAR sheets and protocols.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote independence and encourage social interactions and activities.
- Champion respect and dignity for every resident.
- Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment.
- Support balanced nutrition and hydration, and respond to emergencies.
About You:
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor.
