We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our residential home in Canterbury, Kent.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a supportive and person-centred environment focused on enhancing the wellbeing of older adults. You will be responsible for providing hands-on nursing care, overseeing clinical interventions, and guiding Health Care Assistants in delivering personal care and minor clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Oversee clinical interventions and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager.
- Lead and manage shifts effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of care.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Must be a Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN.
- Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
- Confident in leading and managing shifts effectively.
