Retail Systems Support Specialist

Are you familiar with PLUs and EPOS systems? If so, this position may be a great fit for you.

Copper House is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a background in the hospitality sector to join our IT department as a Retail Systems Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist in managing product and pricing configurations for both new and existing vendors, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report to the IT Innovation and Project Manager, providing second-line support and coordination for the EPOS and On Tap helpdesk.

· Aid in the setup of products and pricing for suppliers within our procurement and EPOS systems.

· Regularly engage with OSM, Marketing, and Operations teams to prioritize and streamline workflows.

· Collaborate with the EPOS Manager to analyze ticket trends and assist in resolving issues in line with agreed service level agreements.

· Review and document On Tap/web ordering procedures for business acquisitions and renovations, ensuring ongoing process enhancements.

· Provide regular updates on project statuses to key stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and reports.

· Assist in investigating relevant incidents and escalate vendor support issues as necessary.

· Offer backup support for EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions during periods of absence.

· Perform additional duties as required that align with the role.
