Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager - Building Products, you will be responsible for managing a rapidly growing sales territory across the west London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire regions. Your primary objective will be to sell a wide range of building products, including soffits, facias, above and below ground drainage, to various customers in the construction market, such as house builders, developers, and general builders, to generate demand.

The products are sold through builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors. Developing new customers is a key part of this role, and you will be expected to leverage your sales skills and knowledge of the industry to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell building products to customers in the construction market
  • Manage a sales territory across the west London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire regions
  • Develop new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Work closely with builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors to ensure effective product sales
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the building products industry
  • Knowledge of the construction market and building products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
