Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer - Retail Loss Prevention to join our team at Bidvest Noonan. As a Security Officer - Retail Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients and ensuring the safety and security of their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and secure experience.
- Work collaboratively with other security personnel to achieve common security goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in security best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid frontline SIA Licence and CCTV
- Previous experience in the security industry, preferably in a retail loss prevention role
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
