Job Title: Security Officer - Public Safety Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at ABM. As a Security Officer, you will be the public face of our Security Team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and visitors. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Public Safety and Security: Conduct regular patrols of the site, identifying and mitigating potential security risks, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents and emergencies in accordance with site policies and procedures, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
- Communication: Liaise with site control room and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and other relevant information.
