Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Hackle Security Services Limited. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises, monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems, and providing assistance to staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
  • Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
  • Provide assistance to staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or damage
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
  • Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV systems, and access control procedures
  • Familiarity with emergency response procedures and first aid techniques
  • Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Working Hours: Shifts WILL include days, nights and weekends as required.

Transportation: Own transport essential due to locations.
