About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Site Safety: Conduct regular patrols of the site, identifying and mitigating potential security risks and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Communication: Liaise with the Control Room and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Reporting: Accurately record and log all incidents and non-conformances, providing valuable insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude at all times, ensuring a positive representation of ABM UK.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Security Team and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and respond effectively to security incidents and challenges.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
