Role Overview:
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Project Implementation Specialist within our Treasury Fulfilment team. This role involves supporting intricate projects across our Fulfilment teams, which are located in various regions. The Project Implementation Specialists possess strong project management capabilities and act as internal advocates for our clients, ensuring seamless collaboration among global teams to meet client expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in addressing all aspects of client requirements during the onboarding process and the introduction of new products or services.
- Engage with business partners and clients throughout the project implementation phase.
- Provide timely updates and reports on project status, both verbally and in written form, to clients and key stakeholders.
- Plan and oversee project tasks and resources to ensure that deliverables align with client expectations.
- Convert client goals into detailed implementation plans that outline timelines, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks, and key milestones.
- Comprehensive understanding of cash and treasury management solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple deliverables and various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in financial services or investment banking, preferably with exposure to client onboarding and KYC processes.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Capability to influence stakeholders, drive key deliverables, and communicate effectively at all levels.
