Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our E&M team at RSK Group in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full project guidance and ensuring that maintenance plans are developed and agreed as the overall work package evolves.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop detailed workstream plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
    • Deliver workstream compliance.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and other relevant contractors.
    • Communicate effectively between all parties.
  • Commercial and Risk Management
    • Work with commercial teams to ensure commercial compliance.
    • Identify and mitigate risks in workstreams.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Recommend actions to be taken.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ)
    • Manage HSEQ processes and ensure adherence to standards.
    • Document HSEQ accurately throughout the office and site teams.
  • Programme Management
    • Contribute to the effective management of internal skills and resource requirements.
    • Plan resource and identify workload for current and new workstreams.
  • Training and Development
    • Train to Temporary Works Co-ordinator (TWC) level in relation to WGM Temporary Works Procedures.
    • Carry out duties of the Temporary Works Co-ordinator (TWC).
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Project Engineering role.
  • Qualification to degree level in an engineering discipline.
  • Good understanding of the water and waste water industry and processes.
  • Ability to write detailed reports and understand NEC form of contract.
  • Full UK driving license for travel to various sites across the country.
