Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with operational teams to provide support on activities such as policy information requests and static data changes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
  • Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Client Administrative roles within a similar field.
  • Experience of using Avaloq software.
  • Strong attention to detail and client focus.
