We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Requirements Assistant to join our Planning & Development Requirements team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Logistics Service Request (LSR) forms from submission to service offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Requirements Planner, including data collation for presentations and maintaining evolving documentation and databases.
  • Collate and analyze data to ensure efficient Logistics Service request (LSR) processing.
  • Manage Requirements Change Forms (RCFs) for new, changing, or ending service requirements.
  • Maintain and develop documentation of processes and databases created as the Requirements and the Planning & Development Team evolves.
  • Issue a weekly tracker to Operations Group heads identifying outstanding Logistics Service requests.
  • Assist in the development of stock placement activities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel (creation of reports/formulas).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing data.
  • Process management experience is advantageous but not essential.
