About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Planning & Development Requirements team as a Requirements Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the end-to-end process of Logistics Service Request (LSR) forms from submission to service offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Requirements Planner, including data collation for presentations and maintaining evolving documentation and databases.
  • Collate and analyze data to ensure efficient Logistics Service request (LSR) processing.
  • Manage Requirements Change Forms (RCFs) for new, changing, or ending service requirements.
  • Maintain and develop documentation of processes and databases created as the Requirements and the Planning & Development Team evolves.
  • Issue a weekly tracker to Operations Group heads identifying outstanding Logistics Service requests.
  • Assist in the development of stock placement activities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in creating reports and formulas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when processing data.
  • Process management experience is advantageous but not essential.
