About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a wide range of tasks from receiving and storing goods to picking and packing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store goods from suppliers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care, handling a variety of products including frozen items
  • Load totes into frames and load them into delivery vans for our customers
  • Sort and organize totes coming back to site, assist with the in-house tote wash machine, and sort stock for our shop or charity partners
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg weights and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights
