We are seeking a Requirements Assistant to join our Planning & Development Requirements team. In this administrative role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Logistics Service Request (LSR) forms from submission to service offer. You will provide administrative support to the Requirements Planner, including data collation for presentations and maintaining evolving documentation and databases. Additionally, you will collate and analyze data to ensure efficient Logistics Service request (LSR) processing. You will also manage Requirements Change Forms (RCFs) for new, changing, or ending service requirements. Furthermore, you will maintain and develop documentation of processes and databases created as the Requirements and the Planning & Development Team evolves. You will issue a weekly tracker to Operations Group heads identifying outstanding Logistics Service requests. You will also assist in the development of stock placement activities. Ideally, you will have an understanding of Word and Excel (creation of reports/formulas). You will demonstrate the ability to work with key stakeholders using effective communication skills/tools. You will maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing data. Process management experience would be advantageous but not essential. This position will provide the successful individual with the opportunity to develop and learn within the logistics environment.
