Job Title: Customer Services Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Adviser to join our team at HSDC. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service, ensuring exceptional customer-focused standards are delivered at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for HSDC, communicating and promoting the vision and direction of the organisation with passion.
  • Undertake reception duties, including meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of all stakeholders, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
  • Resolve customer service queries and issues to an exceptional standard, both promptly and efficiently.
  • Transfer outside and internal calls to the appropriate member of staff, taking messages where appropriate. Deal with emergency calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Welcome customers in line with the visitor's policy.
Requirements:
  • English and Mathematics to at least level 2.
  • Customer Service qualification or relevant experience.
  • Substantial customer service experience and proven interest in helping customers.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications (in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Experience of being the first port of call for customers, understanding what to do in varied scenarios.
