The Role
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our team, providing direct and indirect care to patients under the guidance of Registered Nurses. You will contribute to ensuring high standards of patient care, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients according to their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to Trust protocols.
- Participate in mandatory training programs and maintain your professional development.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience as a healthcare assistant.
- Completion of the Care Certificate.
Working Arrangements
This role offers both full-time and part-time hours. You will be required to work a flexible rota pattern, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
