Assistant Divisional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Divisional Operations Manager to support the effective functioning of our Divisional Headquarters and provide practical assistance to our teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the analysis and resolution of operational issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the Divisional Operations Manager in all aspects of their role, providing administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to working within our organization's values and principles.
