Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Ascott Hospitality Management UK Ltd. in Scotland. As a key member of our serviced residence business, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market share through the development and implementation of effective inventory, distribution, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate profitability analysis and work closely with the Residence Managers, Area/Regional Management, and Sales team to develop overall and individual pricing strategies.
  • Proactively initiate and implement timely promotions and marketing actions, particularly during low business periods.
  • Support the Sales team in validating corporate transient negotiated rates and group pricing.
  • Coordinate and support inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels to ensure their optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, with a hospitality background.
  • Proficient with RMS system (Ideas G3 preferred), MS Office, and BI tools.
  • Meticulous eye for detail, systematic working practices, and professional acumen.
  • Creativity and confidence to find solutions to everyday challenges.
