We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will provide administrative support to our Radiology Manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the Radiology department, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Patient Booking: Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilization of resources and efficient workflow.
- Coordination and Planning: Coordinate, plan, and organize a range of activities, including patient appointments, procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and administrative data.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
