Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Radiology department, including patient booking, data entry, and record keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Prioritize a busy workload, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilization of resources and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and plan a range of activities, including patient appointments, procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Complete electronic and/or manual data entry and record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to agreed formats and standards.
- File, store, retrieve, and collate information and items accurately and efficiently.
- Handle queries within the scope of your role and escalate more complex or serious issues to senior staff as required.
