About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administration support to the radiology department, ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing the needs of our patients and colleagues.
  • Prioritize a busy workload, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Complete initial patient safety questionnaires, guaranteeing patient confidentiality and safety.
  • Work closely with the Radiology team to optimize utilization and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the standards and timescales required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate, plan, and organize a range of activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • File, store, retrieve, and collate information and items accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle queries within your role, escalating complex or serious issues to senior staff as needed.
