Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Store Manager to join our team at Strukta Group Ltd. As a Trade Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trade store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store remains clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Engage directly with customers at the trade counter, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring that our store remains a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock takes efficiently, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and that we have the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team of trade store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business and increase sales, working closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a trade store or similar environment is essential.
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence: A valid counterbalance forklift licence is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit are essential for this role.
  • IT Systems: Familiarity with IT systems is required.
  • Customer Service: Experience in face-to-face customer service with excellent communication skills is essential.
