About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Joules. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage and maintain store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
