Position: Programme Engagement Lead - Net Zero

Salary: £43,095-£48,106 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

As the Programme Engagement Lead focused on Net Zero initiatives, you will spearhead the Engagement Management Office (EMO) and cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout London. Your role will involve identifying strategic opportunities to unite these stakeholders and their decarbonisation efforts by organizing communities of practice, workshops, and innovation networks, while facilitating the development of collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture effective, long-term relationships with programme stakeholders and prospective clients.
  • Execute stakeholder engagement strategies and deliver activities in alignment with programme timelines and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management, workstream leaders, and essential partners to formulate engagement and communication strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, showcasing our expertise and offerings as part of programme execution.
  • Work alongside programme managers to define KPIs, assess, and report on the success of our communication efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong programme management capabilities, including budget oversight.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the energy and net zero sectors.
  • Experience in translating complex information into engaging communications for stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Commitment to addressing climate change and energy inequality.
