Programme Engagement Lead - Net Zero
Salary: £43,095-£48,106 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Location: London - Blended or fully office based (London preferred but flexible for the right candidate)
Role Overview
As the Net Zero Programme Engagement Lead, you will spearhead the Engagement Management Office (EMO) and cultivate robust and impactful relationships with key stakeholders across the region. Your primary focus will be to identify strategic opportunities that unite these stakeholders in their decarbonisation initiatives. You will orchestrate communities of practice, workshops, and innovation networks, facilitating the evolution of collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture effective, long-term relationships with programme stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and financial plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, workstream heads, and essential delivery partners to create engagement and communication strategies.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, showcasing our expertise and offerings as part of programme execution.
- Work alongside programme managers to define KPIs, assess, and report on the success of our communication efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong programme management capabilities, including budget oversight.
- Comprehensive understanding of the energy and net zero sectors.
- Experience in translating complex information into engaging communications for stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity.
