Architectural Technologist / Architect Opportunity

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in London that is looking to expand its team with a talented Architectural Technologist or Architect who has strong experience in the delivery stages of projects.

The Role: In this position, you will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines. A deep understanding of UK building regulations and strong proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the technical delivery of projects
  • Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Working on projects across RIBA stages 3-5 (developed design to construction)

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in the delivery stages of projects
  • Deep understanding of UK building regulations
  • Strong proficiency in Vectorworks
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role
