Regional HR Business Partner

Dalton Recruitment Limited is pleased to be partnering with a National support services firm to secure a new Regional HR Business Partner for its Northern region.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and strategic HR advice to the Regional Operations Director and site General Managers to achieve business goals, including leading the people agenda for change/transformation work and ensuring the smooth delivery of the operational HR service across Northern regional sites.
This role requires someone with confidence and enthusiasm to travel to 9 sites as required, with one day from home to catch up on correspondence and admin. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, car or car allowance, and benefits.
The ideal candidate will have proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR Business Partner, experience of working in a blue-collar environment, and people-oriented and results-driven skills. They will also have experience of managing remote team members, demonstrable experience with human resources metrics, and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
The successful candidate will be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, have excellent communication skills, and be highly customer-focused. They will also have attention to detail, excellent organisational and planning skills, and the ability to make decisions independently.
