About the Role

Cavalry Healthcare is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As the Head of Talent Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and performance reviews.
  • Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually improve programs.
  • Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
