Job Summary:
Cummins Mellor is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of surveying Land & Buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting field surveys using state-of-the-art equipment
- Learn and apply surveying techniques to collect and analyze data
- Assist in preparing survey reports and drawings
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying activities
- Work closely with experienced surveyors and gain hands-on experience in various surveying techniques and tools
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the basics of Building Surveying
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, both indoors and outdoors, irrespective of weather conditions
- Ownership of a vehicle and a valid driving license
