About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Frameworks Manager to join our senior management team at IWS M&E. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects for our biggest clients in the water industry, including United Utilities and Costain. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day running of the framework, including submitting required client and internal reporting/monitoring requirements, as well as actively developing business opportunities from the frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of secured works and growth of Northwest Frameworks for United Utilities and Costain, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
- Oversee project management, commercial aspects, design, engineering, and operations to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships with senior managers and delivering excellent service to exceed key performance indicators.
- Drive business growth by understanding client needs, identifying new opportunities, and expanding workload within existing frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, processes, and CDM regulations while proactively managing health and safety.
- Manage profit and loss, forecasting, resourcing, KPI reporting, and overall program management for the Altham business unit.
- Lead client framework meetings, compile management reports, and oversee career development opportunities for team members.
Requirements:
- HNC or HND in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Hold appropriate qualifications in Project/Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts.
- Have management experience and appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry.
- Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required.
