**About LANX**:
LANX is a rapidly growing Lancashire based footwear brand. We take great pride in producing quality footwear for both men and women. Since launching on a local market stall in 2018 we have enjoyed rapid growth; with our team now 15 strong (and growing), we attend 40+ events each year, a shop in Manchester’s popular Northern Quarter and official footwear suppliers to host of sports teams including; Leicester Tigers, Wales RU, England RL and Wigan Warriors. We remain ambitious and are looking for new staff members to help the company grow and prosper in the years to come.

**Overview**:
We're looking for a dedicated E-Commerce & Website Executive to join the LANX team, focusing on developing, managing, and maintaining the LANX website to ensure optimal performance and conversion rates. This role involves close collaboration with our CDO and other internal teams to align with our brand and marketing activities, leveraging insights and experience to support product and website development strategies. Key responsibilities include reporting, analysing, and offering data-driven recommendations to enhance LANX's digital presence. **Key Responsibilities**:
Web Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LANX Shopify+ website, ensuring it is current, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Address site bugs and errors, delivering timely solutions.
- Manage internal content requests, from uploading to editing web content.
- Project Manage the development of new website areas and deliver the digital product roadmap.
- Help Implement CRO and SEO principles to boost website performance and visibility.

Reporting & Tracking:

- Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance and create reports.
- Enhance the analytics framework to deepen insights into customer behaviour.

Strategy:

- Work with the Digital & Ecommerce head to devise and execute strategies that improve traffic conversion metrics.
- Innovate to engage visitors and expand LANX's digital footprint.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Foster relationships with both internal teams and external agencies.
- Ensure project visibility and align online initiatives with LANX's broader goals.

Industry Trends:

- Stay informed about digital marketing best practices, technological advances and CRO innovations to inform our digital strategy.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a similar e-commerce and website / digital management role.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify+, CRO, SEO strategies, and analytics.
- Proven track record in website project management.
- Experience with agency management.
- Pin sharp attention to detail.
- Interest in digital marketing and online community engagement.
- Curious about new technologies with good communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a good understanding of GDPR/data security.
- Competent in report writing and presentation (some HTML/coding knowledge an advantage).
- Preferably, experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

**WORKING ALONGSIDE**

Directly reporting to our CDO and Collaborating closely with the Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Web Development agency.

**REPORT TO**

Chief Marketing Officer

**WORKING DAYS & HOURS**

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (flexible)

**PLACE OF WORK**

LANX, Whalley, BB7 9YE

**ANNUAL LEAVE**
- Permitted 28 days annual leave per year
- Permitted a maximum of 5 days of annual leave in October each year
- Due to peak season, not permitted to take annual leave in November, December and the first 2 weeks of January
- There may be a Christmas shut down in December for all staff, for which annual leave must be used, dates tbc
- Please note bank holidays are regarded as normal working days at LANX - however staff may request these as annual leave

**MUST WORK**
- Annual Sample Sale Weekend - (Usually March, date tbc)
- Summer Sale Weekend (Usually July, date tbc)
- 2 additional days around Black Friday
- For the above additional days annual leave will be granted, or you can be paid 1.5 your normal day rate
