Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out minor adaptations, such as installing internal and external grab rails, external concrete steps, and positioning internal and external grab rails.
  • Work unsupervised, prioritizing tasks and ordering necessary materials.
  • Communicate effectively in writing using the PDA to follow instructions, procedures, and policies.
  • Work as part of a team, taking pride in the work completed and actively contributing to team performance targets.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, understanding the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Recognised City & Guilds Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
  • 5 Years References.
  • Enhanced satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
  • Fully clean UK driving licence.
