Key Responsibilities:- Carry out minor adaptations, such as installing internal and external grab rails, external concrete steps, and positioning internal and external grab rails.
- Work unsupervised, prioritizing tasks and ordering necessary materials.
- Communicate effectively in writing using the PDA to follow instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Work as part of a team, taking pride in the work completed and actively contributing to team performance targets.
- Provide high-quality customer service, understanding the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
- GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
- Recognised City & Guilds Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
- 5 Years References.
- Enhanced satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
- Fully clean UK driving licence.
