Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Community Health Care Assistant to support and deliver high-quality nursing and phlebotomy services to our patients in Chester.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be adaptable, reliable, and approachable.

As a member of our integrated team, you will undertake duties involving the delivery of nursing services using a person-centered approach, providing quality care to patients in their own homes or long-term care settings.

Access to transport for work purposes is essential.
