We're looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Income Services Officer. As a key member of our Neighbourhood Team, you'll work closely with our residents and communities to help them thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering an excellent customer-focused service, designing and delivering effective actions to maximise rental income, and supporting the creation of new ideas and innovation in the business.
As a flexible and adaptable team player, you'll be able to work in partnership with our customers, colleagues, and communities to achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent customer-focused service that is accessible, visible, and results in high levels of customer satisfaction
- Design and deliver effective actions to maximise rental income and improve the social and financial performance of our communities

- Be adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues, and communities
