Job Title: Child Protection Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our assessment team in Kensington and Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in child protection work, care proceedings, and Public Law Outline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments with children, adults, and their families/carers, identifying outcomes and developing care and support plans. They will also be responsible for assessing risks to children and adults, promoting strengths within individuals' circumstances, and working within financial resources to deliver social care services.

The role will involve working in collaboration with other agencies, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach where appropriate. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that electronically held records are completed and/or updated in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
