Customer Experience Liaison

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service at The Vet Waltham Forest.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and their pets. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, making a lasting impression and setting the tone for their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth customer journey.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
